Web-based Training

In order to access Carrier Access' web-based courses, you must be a registered support user. Click here to register for a support login or here to login.

Carrier Access' web-based courses have the following additional requirements:

  • Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator version 4 and higher
  • Popup blockers must be disabled for this site (holding the CTRL key while clicking on the link may disable blockers)
  • Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or greater
  • Flash plug-in is required
  • Preferably a broadband Internet connection of at least 56 kbps
